Perrine Portier

After a PhD in microbial ecology, Perrine Portier is the curator of the French Collection for Plant-associated Bacteria (CIRM-CFBP). The collection helds strategic resources for plant health and its members are spécialists in the diversity and taxonomy of these bacteria. For a few years the collection evolves toward the challenges posed by the microbiota in agronomy and develops new ways to preserve them and make them available for the scientific community.
